I am a versatile, enthusiastic individual who is a strong advocate for evidenced based, patient centred dietetic care. I currently work within a rehabilitation centre, palliative care and oncology, covering a wide variety of conditions.I play an integral role in discharge planning and education of complex clinical conditions, often with social complexities.I also have experience working within a multidisciplinary Cancer Cachexia (palliative) team, as well working within the community health setting. Prior to this I worked within multiple private practice locations, across a variety of demographics. I come with a wealth of experience, working within multidisciplinary teams as well as readily adapting to new caseloads whilst maintaining a high level of patient care.
