Manages large-scale program operations for the Student Services Unit, Operations Division with the Student Financial Assistance Branch. Provides direction and leadership to high-performing team in the delivery of the provincial OSAP programs, which distribute more than $4 billion in support to 400,000 students annually.Provides guidance and coaching to staff, manages projects and initiatives regarding the program.Knowledge and experience in human resources management.
