I am currently enrolled in the Java coding bootcamp at Tech Elevator, where I am gaining hands-on experience with Java, SQL, HTML, and other technologies, and will be graduating in February 2025

I was reasonable for the day to day operations. While there I increased revenue by 50% and decreased operating expenses by 30%. I also managed the program to increase our Google star rating from 3.5 to 4.

While under contract my main responsibility was to get the community back into compliance, implement programs to keep them in compliance, and decreasing labor costs. When I left at the end of my contract the community was in compliance and labor costs were down by 25%.

I was responsible for managing the day to day operations with a focus on decreasing costs and increasing census. During my time i was able to decreased agency costs by 40% and increased revenue by 30% by increasing our average daily census.

At Saber I started as a nursing home administrator where I maintained a five start rating by the State of Ohio Department of Health. I also decreased costs by managing labor and expenses. I was promoted to Regional HR where I developed and implemented policies and procedures for 127 communities.

At Andover, I was responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the facility, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to residents, and maintaining strict adherence to all federal, state, and local regulations. I handled resident concerns, monitored labor costs, and managed departmental budgets. Additionally, I supervised 19 department heads, setting clear goals, and regularly evaluating their progress to ensure alignment with the facility's objectives and standards

I was responsible for managing employee files, overseeing the onboarding process, and handling retention and recruitment efforts. Additionally, I managed payroll, employee benefits, and addressed employee relations issues. I performed these duties across two facilities, one located in Medina and the other in Wadsworth, ensuring consistent and effective HR operations at both locations.
