I currently lead the recruitment strategy and execution at Cellanome, supporting the company's vision of developing a unique multiomics platform to measure biology at an unprecedented resolution and scale. Prior to joining Cellanome, I was an Executive Recruiter at Exact Sciences, a leading provider of cancer screening and diagnostic tests. There, I created and managed the candidate engagement and intelligence strategy for senior director-level and above positions, and identified and engaged a wide array of diverse candidates for each search. I also served as a subject matter expert in the talent engagement process, showing knowledge of the market, the industry, and the company's mission and culture.
