Own the relationship as the single point of contact and conduit into the firm. Acted as a dedicated project manager, responsible for the entire launch process for our new hedge fund clients. Specifically, creating customized project plans to enhance prioritization of the necessary action items for a seamless and efficient launch.Typically developed relationships with the CEO and COO’s, in which we helped them strategically develop their business on the non-investment side. Freeing them from the consuming aspects of launching a fund, allowing them to focus more on their trading specialities.Educated them on the best practices around financial budgeting, fund structuring, due diligence, as well as assisting them with talent introduction/hiring, and vendor selection. The role's main responsibilities also included coordinating regulatory documentation, designing operational workflow, and training on the technology platform and trading systems.
