In my role as a Digital Marketing Specialist, I am responsible for:Social Media Management: Overseeing the firm's social media presence, creating and curating diverse content such as webinars, podcasts, alerts, insights, and blogs with the attorneys. Responsible for updating and adding new content to the website daily.Email Marketing: Managing the firm's email marketing account and creating effective email campaigns.Intranet Maintenance: Maintaining and updating the firm's SharePoint sites to ensure accessibility and relevance.Presentation Development: Creating and designing PowerPoint presentations for attorney-led seminars and webinars.Attorney Support: Drafting and preparing all attorney biographies, contributing to DEI newsletters, and supporting award submissions for attorneys.

I oversaw and managed the daily operations of Philadelphia's largest and oldest PRSSA chapter consisting of a 130 person general body and a 14 person executive board. Working closely with the conference coordinator, we planned and executed a regional PRSSA conference. The conference was attended by more than 140 students and 40 professionals from across the United States. Through development outreach, I secured more than $19,000 in sponsorship money to cover the cost of the Mid-Atlantic Regional Conference. I developed a strategic plan for celebrating the chapter's 50th anniversary. To help members grow their professional network, I organized networking events, activities and community service events to engage the general body. I edited all material the chapter distributed including, press releases, media advisories, social media and presentations. To better prepare for new leadership transitions, I updated the chapter handbook, policies, and brochures.

I developed press materials for several company launches including MLB Opening Day, NFL Kickoff, Back to School and Aramark Building Community Day. I planned and executed the 5th annual Temple University PRSSA Invitation. With strategic outreach, I secured more than $2,500 in sponsorship money. My strategic plan for the event included creating social media pages, developing speaker outreach, budgeting, and media outreach.

I directly engaged with clients to develop strategic marketing and social media plans to establish branding for a new product. I edited and distributed social media content to client's accounts. I managed a team of three account associates. By writing and pitching several press releases, I generated several media leads to increased brand awareness in the Philadelphia area.
