Packaged, prepared and delivered 300 hundred papers in 3 1/2 hours, with over 500 hundred on Sundays.Reorganized routes for efficiency, cutting one from 50 minutes to 30 with zero quality drop. Worked with management to ensure these changes went into the system. Memorized over five hundred stops for delivery (including customer preferences) with nearly 100% accuracy, and efficiently settled customer complaints.
