I am the Vice President of Operations at LiquidAgents Healthcare. My position includes managing the recruiting teams to ensure our Healthcare Professionals receive the most quality care and are satisfied in their role.On a daily basis, I meet with various departments to review current policies, procedures, and advertisements to ensure all items are up to date and accurate. I also meet with team leaders to discuss various daily agendas and assist with matters in question.I conference with other company executives on both a monthly and quarterly basis to review previous months data, present proposals and supply future projections.
