Coordinate Emergency Management, Urban Forestry and Cross Connection Control programs including public outreach. Project management. Special events permit coordinator; city facility contact for short and long term rentals and leasing. Contract drafting and administration including those for capital improvement projects and facility tenant leases. Website administration and social media outreach including leading Communications Team meetings. Assist the public by explaining rules, processes and procedures. Present to City Council, boards and commissions as required. Coordinate with outside agencies and stakeholders. Safety Committee Chair, member of Marion County Emergency Management Advisory Committee, and purchasing agent for the Public Works Department.
