•Provide general corporate counsel to numerous businesses and tax-exempt organizations, including matters of corporate governance.•Assist international nonprofits, corporations, and small business owners with registering for, protecting, and maintaining trademarks.•Negotiate & draft various contracts including commercial leases, corporate bylaws, license agreements, asset purchase agreements, intellectual property assignments, operating agreements, settlement agreements, physician employment agreements, and letters of intent, among others.•Advise entrepreneurs on business formation matters.•Represent clients in acquisition, operation, and disposition of various properties.•Recruit law students and manage summer clerkship program.
