I provide analytics services to our field force. I develop new insights and understand our business performance by leveraging data and statistical methods. By analyzing business results, external market dynamics, and various data sources, I assess trends and develop actionable insights and recommendations for management. I utilize data, statistical and quantitative analysis, explanatory and predictive modeling, and fact-based management to drive decision-making.

I provide analysis and recommendations focusing on operational performance metrics and capacity modeling. I understand our business objectives and processes and communicate system capabilities and limitations while delivering the available data. I supply quality data, reports, and dashboards to support the analysis of sales state performance. Additionally, I serve as the primary contact for operational metrics and ad-hoc requests from our sales leadership.

Implement sales processes and best practices in agencies. Provide social media and online review support. Deliver geo state level training and resources.
