Grow Associates led Operation Connectivity, the ambitious digital equity initiative in collaboration with the Office of the Governor and the Texas Education Agency.

As an emergent learning school, Bear Valley Academy did not purchase pre-built curriculum, as a result myself and the BVA team of educators developed personalized curriculum maps, developmental goals, and assessments for the students of BVA, ages 18 months through 1st grade. During my time at BVA I also served as a Lead Teacher & Curriculum Developer for the Junior Kindergarten program, implemented and oversaw the in-school and after-school enrichment programs, and held the Assistant Director then Co-Director positions.I oversaw the 50% growth of the school as Director and took the academy through a complete re-branding and accreditation process. During that time we also created and implemented accredited Kindergarten and 1st Grade programs at the request of community members.
