Continue to maintain the design library in alignment with the product team goals to ensure standardization and usability while coordinating with engineers on implementation and operations.Contribute design assets and written specifications for review with engineering, stakeholders, and upper management. Work cross-functionally to translate designs into multi-milestone roadmaps.Conduct staged implementations for design fidelity from sign-off to launch, including 1:1 reviews with engineers and leading formal QA processes with testing and acceptance criteria instructions. Conduct follow-up research through FullStory sessions and customer interviews and iterate on design and functionality based on findings.
