As a Project Manager, my role starts once the Sales Team makes contact with a new or existing client that is looking for unique branding for their event. From that point, I step in and review all needs for each individual project including breakdown of budget, project scope, creative and production requirements along with needs for execution. Throughout the project, I am the main POC (point of contact) for the client overseeing each step to ensure deliverables on a scheduled timeline. My responsibilities also including overseeing onsite installation and breakdown. Once a project is complete, I am responsible for wrapping up the project which includes submitting all invoices and photos that relate to that project.

During each project, collaboration with specific brands is necessary to determine project plans to successfully achieve client objectives. Chelsea's mission in this duel role is to generate a program that captures each individual client's vision for the project at hand. Providing quality assurance throughout each phase of the life of any and all projects is a must within this role. ensuring top quality of produced materials by troubleshooting projects before printing. Chelsea assist in the design and editing of print files while identifying potential concerns in the customer’s final product. Quality inspecting techniques such as low resolution, pixelation, file compatibility and color integrity are utilized to ensure the best product is produced. Chelsea researches and provides creative solutions for design concepts after interpreting customer needs for each project. Understanding market strategies as well as design integration is vital to the customer and their design. Working directly with clients, Chelsea is able to generate unique designs that fit the client’s goal.

ATMedia Outdoor is the largest exterior & curbside airport advertising company in the US with executed programs @ 42+ US airports. ATM provides advertisers with the opportunity to target and reach 30 million + monthly frequent business & Leisure travelers.As a graphic designer for ATM / MOA Chelsea creates internal marketing materials and PR / sales collateral development pieces for the sales staff. Additionally, she works hand in hand with MOA billboard clients to create advertisements as well as ATM clients & ad agencies to coordinate and produce spec sheets, and manage logistics and deadlines for airport outdoor advertising campaigns.Chelsea's newest position as Social Media #Ninja holds responsibilities such as designing, executing, and marketing custom content and social media campaigns for ATM that features past, present and future clients.

Chelsea's position consisted of creating graphic advertisements for select dealerships. These advertisements varied from web banners, posters, billboards and local and national magazine spreads.
