I have 2 years work experience as a shift manager. During this time I led a team of 6-8 workers in a fast-paced environment. I trained employees in a professional setting to help delve into their full potential as well as instilled positive work ethic in the workspace. I ensured the store was always up to the highest quality standard and presentation. I succeeded in acquiring the store an A+ from store inspectors every year. I am experienced in food preparation, food serving, and operating machinery. I was entrusted with the care of customers and wellbeing of the employees. I was in charge of overseeing the store was opened and closed properly. I managed money at closing (counting money/ logging it in the data system). I placed store orders and managed store inventory. I have a total of 4 years in customer service, 4 years in which I have gained knowledge on the highest standard of leaving customers happy and satisfied. I have 3 years experience in Marketing and Communications as a front end developer, mainly creating HTMLs, CSS, and typesetting publications. I am well versed in Microsoft Office applications and Adobe Creative Cloud applications. Every job I had requires a team in which teamwork is positive and smooth in communication. I am always up for a challenge, so leadership roles and opportunities are something I enjoy striving for.
