Accountable for prospecting, onboarding, and growing existing relationships with our Insurance Carrier Partners. Responsible for working directly with assigned Carrier representatives and respective region leadership to assist with growth. As well as, monitoring and improving the overall carrier experience across all departments as it pertains to working directly with Covered and reporting cadence, working in collaboration with internal partners and departments to ensure new carriers are properly onboarded and appointed in appropriate regions in alignment with our virtues.

Responsible for developing and implementing training programs that provides the knowledge, tools, and expectations needed on a day to day basis to be successful Insurance Advisors. In addition to, working closely with other departments to develop and train on new initiatives through new advisor training, refresher training, carrier partnerships, and personal assistance throughout advisors employment.Achievements:* Developed new training model for agents.* Developed resources for agents to be successful by defining Product and Carrier availability, Underwriting Guidelines, and Carrier Niches.* Worked hand and hand with Carrier Relations to provide agency with Carrier Communications.

Assisted customers in finding the best protection for their family, assets, and overall insurance needs through our brokerage with some of the Nations top P&C insurance providers including but not limited to Nationwide, Progressive, Allstate, and Liberty Mutual.
