Collaborated on a multi-disciplinary team to perform geological evaluation of an exploration-phase unconventional asset. Managed the 2021 drilling project from start to finish, including planning, risk evaluation, and constant data analysis and interpretation while drilling, including operational recommendations that resulted in $700k reduction in costs. During a rotation in operations geology, I executed a successful drilling program by making decisions based on continuously changing data, managing field contractors, and reporting progress to the team and upper management 3x per day.Skills: adaptability, collaboration, decision-making
