The Team Lead - OSR L3 at Virtual Radiologic is responsible for overseeing the functional workflow of the OSR team members. This includes backup support in the absence of an Operations Supervisor. The Team Lead will be physically mobile in the OC coaching the representatives at their workstations. This individual is responsible for the administration of workload ensuring proper task support. This position will perform first level trouble-shooting, addressing questions by OSRs and documenting/escalating issues to the appropriate resources.

-formatted educational materials for technologists and operators-managed data regulated by the Minnesota Health Department and completed quarterly audits-created a spreadsheet that saved Park Nicollet time when completing quarterly repeat and reject analysis-I was a member of a team that researched and did site visits for digital imaging equipment-communicated between technologists, management and Radiologists about image quality-trained staff in new clinical sites and reviewed the complete Park Nicollet positioning manual to ensure they were completely knowledgeable on all exams-started an online positioning manual that could be accessed on the systems intranet-was trained on AGFA phantom testing for the CR stations

-communicate with staff in the department as well as all over the hospital in order to exceed expectations in efficiency-worked extensively in surgery using top of the line technology-trained staff in on ISO-C usage -member of the Shared Decision Group which assessed issues brought to our attention by radiology staff. The group worked together to find resolution that suited all areas involved.-worked with the Radiologist during fluoroscopic exams both comforting the patient allowing the doctor to keep a clean field-worked with Relay for Life and the Heart Walk. The last year I was there I proposed a new fund raising option that became extremely successful in raising money for the cause
