“I’m not standing still, I am lying in wait.” Of all the brilliant lines in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s "Hamilton", this lyric instantly struck a chord with me. For it is the epitome of what motivates me- the constant drive to better oneself (and help others in their process) to prepare for opportunities. It is easy to believe that learning stops with formal education; however, that cannot be further from the truth. I am passionate about fostering development opportunities for others so they can be prepared to take their shot at pursuing their professional aspirations and instilling a love of lifelong learning.I thrive in work that allows me to put my creativity to the test and design content that will inspire learning. I shine in situations that require my relationship management, active listening, attention to detail, organization, and efficiency skills. I am motivated to create an inclusive learning environment where all feel comfortable exploring their goals and empowered to take the next steps on their developmental journey. Outside of my professional pursuits, I am passionate about cooking, hiking, listening to classic Broadway hits, and cheering on my beloved Missouri Tigers. If you have a shared interest in the perpetual pursuit of personal & professional growth, I would love to connect with you!
