In August of 2015 I left my long time position with Horizon Services Inc. to pursue my desire in working in Health Care. Currently I am wrapping up my final semester in becoming a Registered Respiratory Therapist. It is my belief that it is only our contribution to the world and to each other that gives us any real stature. Respiratory Care is my passion, and I plan on using my enthusiasm in providing gold standards of health care to the community.

Handled high volume sales, processed all data from sales into database. Scheduled residential HVAC installations and home improvement repairs. I was the point person for the Delaware Location for all customer rebates and local utility company rebates. Provided sales team for DE, NJ and MD with HVAC manufacturer promotional bonuses. Registered all installed equipment with manufacturer for additional customer warranties. Managed and maintained all customer hard copy files. Applied for permitting on all installations that were to be done. Managed on-call phone for after hours sales/emergency installations.
