Working closely with the CEO’s, CFO’s & VP’s of Fortune 500 companies and their advertising agencies to develop action plans in order to expedite the use of their trade credits resulting in significant cash savings for that company. The primary focus of this position is client retention. As the Director, Client Solutions, I act as the liaison between the client and their agency(s), and the various departments within Active International. Efficiencies include all areas of media from Television to Out of Home, as well as Printing, POP, Online and Freight.

Oversaw the buying of Broadcast, Digital, and Outdoor for several fashion, packaged goods, and mobile clients. Additionally responsible for initiating trading partnerships with media vendors.

Responsible for maintaining contact with clients and agencies to ensure that media plans are properly executed and that communication between all parties is clear and concise.Initiate negotiations with vendors to provide clients with the best value for their budgets.Prioritize daily responsibilities to ensure deadlines are consistently met while actively reaching out to media providers to build strong partnerships.

Diligently maintained and optimized all broadcast, online, outdoor, and print campaigns.Processed contracts and invoices related to all accounts ensuring each campaign ran correctly and according to the media plan.Responsible for collecting, verifying, and compiling all data related to each account to determine the effectiveness of each specific campaign.
