Current- Establish recruiting strategy including customer-service focus, marketing plan, timeline, and follow-up
- Lead recruiting for open positions including job description review, job posting, application screening, conducting interviews, and offering to candidates
- Serve as an employee resource and provide support through conflict resolution or grievances
- Compile and analyze data to support human resources functions to improve processes and proposes changes based on data
- Build relationships and collaborate with staff, leadership, and stakeholders for effective recruiting, training, retention, and employee engagement
- Direct employee training program and facilitate training sessions
