My role is to help current and prospective team members find the best position that aligns with their passions and skillset. Snapshot of me:The education/career journey is not linear, but I would like to do my part by using my experience to help others find their niche in life. I started at a 4-year university right after high school, but I was very unclear and lost on what I wanted to do. I decided to change paths and became a cosmetologist and massage therapist for almost 8 years. I enjoyed the people and relationships I built with my clients. When I found that it was time to build my family, I decided I did not want to work in the beauty industry forever. I wanted something that would be more beneficial to myself and my family life. I decided to pursue Human Resources, so I could help others navigate their career path—whether it be straightforward or a little curvy like mine. I have discovered my passion in working in talent acquisition. It fills my bucket to work students from middle school to college to expose them to the variety of jobs in a healthcare setting.
