Senior Human Resources Manager
Current• Provide strategic HR support to the Global Advanced Compression & Sealing business units by driving initiatives to achieve the Annual Operating Plan and growth strategies• Consult/advise on organizational design/effectiveness for multiple business units and departments across the U.S., Europe and Asia• Drive bi-annual talent review, succession planning and talent development initiatives • Advise on employee relations, leading complex investigations, partnering with legal department when necessary• Review and re-define job descriptions to ensure the scope meets the future needs of the business• Oversee talent acquisition process, partnering with Talent Acquisition COE to ensure proactive and agile approach to filling open positions• Analyze key HR metrics such as attrition, time to fill, and exit interview data and create/execute action plans when necessary• Create communication cascade for key organizational changes within the business units• Manage a team of 2 HR Business Partners • Review/Approve all offers, merit increases and promotions, partner with Total Rewards COE to ensure compensation alignment• Partner with international HR and legal teams for employee relations matters for hosted (global) employees• Approve variable incentive payments on a monthly and quarterly basis
