I assist students with their assignments, and homework and review classroom or curricula topics. Aside from the logistics planning, I have to manage my own sales target and liaise with different clients to ensure that they are updated on their child's progress, as well as to understand the difficulty their child is facing. “Teaching kids to count is fine, but teaching them what counts is best.” - Bob Talbert This quote resonates with me because of my strong belief in helping kids find meaning in learning. I’ve always been student-focused and tailor my lesson plans as I believe every student learns differently. As an educator, I prioritize using fun, interactive & rewarding ways to engage with my students as I believe that motivation & loving the subject is the key to excellence.

• Overseeing the operations within and out of the centre including franchised outlets to ensure smooth communications between HQ• Logistics within the centre – placement of students/facilitators as well as coordinating the time with customers • Planning/liaising of resources and handling projects out of the centre (preschools, community clubs, childcares, and other outsourced events)• Closing of sales and ensuring KPI plus renewals of students are hit each month• Communicating with customers daily while having good public relations with parents who are there • Checking and balancing Finance sheet daily to ensure that payments are accounted for while doing profit & loss for workshops every few months • Teaching robotics and coding while engaging with students • In-charge of trial classes for potential students to ensure that sign-up rates are hit each month • Invoicing to ensure that all students are up to date and renewals are being paid for
