I build new products that intersect enterprise software, automation and customer satisfaction. I'm passionate about how technology impacts society and business.At InkWorks we wanted to change the printing industry, building an "Inbox to Invoice" workflow which transformed email inquiries into quotes, then orders and finally invoices.I was CTO & Co-Founder, so in addition to a lot of the coding, I was involved in system architecture, product definition, recruiting and managing the team (4+ engineers) and onboarding and supporting customers.Previously I built digital therapy chatbots for mental health at Woebot and to improve customer experience at Sutherland Labs.I also have experience in enterprise software consulting, program management and international development.Always curious, I was awarded a scholarship to study Engineering Management at Carnegie Mellon University and I graduated in Telecommunication Engineering. An avid traveller, I'm is always looking for the next roadtrip.
