Between many different projects, I can highlight two big ones.In the first of them, I was involved in the implementation of Microsoft CRM Dynamics 2011 for Avantcard, focused on the Customer Care Accelerator (CCA). We also developed a CCA as a Call Centre application which integrates with a telephony system (Presence CTI). The application also integrates with FirstData host system, VisionPlus, using Biztalk as middleware.In the second one, I started as programmer in the center of excellence in Microsoft technologies involved in the development of the reference .NET architecture for the company, which is being used in most of the new .NET projects of the organization, including IBEX35 multinationals.I learned architecture concepts like Inversion of Control (IoC) through Castle Windsor, design patterns/architectural paradigms such as: Aspect Oriented Programming (AOP), Dependency Injection (DI), Domain Driven Design (DDD)… and also other technologies involved in the framework like LiNQ, Telerik Controls (WinForms)…During the development of the architecture I take the roll of analyst helping the new people to understand the architectural concepts and estimating tasks.

My duties when I started in the company includes, testing and development of parts of a big application with SAP-FI. After two months I changed of path, and started with Microsoft technology. I began my new way in a project for a big public entity where I learned C#. While I was involved in the project I could learn about OOP and WinForms development.

I worked in the bank for two months in which I could learn how to work with COBOL. I helped developers with the correction of bugs that appear, and the development of new improvements for the bank applications.

I started working here has part of my formation during the higher technical certification in software development. The objective was to introduce myself into the “working world”, being able to understand the responsibilities of a real job. I received a course of ABAPIV for SAP. The team, I was involved into, gave support to the internal tool which managed the salaries of the company with SAP-HR. I helped with the team any tasks.
