As a Business Manager/ Discounting Manager i have the following duties:*Submitting rental sales stats to management team as well as informing reps of their current stats.*Keeping the rental sales cash flow register up to date for the financial manager and director.*Submitting new deals to the bank for approval.*Drafting contracts.*Meeting our funders expected targets by managing deal allocations. As well as the company's set targets for rental finance.*Settlement quotations.*Ensuring banks approval conditions are met and adhered to.* Liaise with clients and funders on a daily basis.* It is my responsibility to check that the information on the credit application is correct and that i have received all supporting docs in order to submit to the banks.*I do on occasion need to motivate deals to the banks as well.Over and above my normal duties as Discounting Manager I have also taken on the task of assisting the Sales Manager with his sales stats and management of the telesales staff.
