Where is the fun in life if there is no challenge? I love challenges!The challenge is what drives me to action in any endeavor.One of the biggest challenges is managing employees/managers, and it is also the one I love the most.Since 2015, I have had the privilege of being part of the managementat the "Brothers for Life" organization.My first mission Was to create a new department that specialized in personal development: • Vocational and academic projects – scholarship program, career counseling, professional training, enrichment workshops, etc.• Medical projects - Second opinion program, medical delegations to the United States, medical treatments, advanced medical solutions.• PTSD project - Unique workshops for combat casualties, one-on-one counseling, combining sports with mental assistance.• Financial aid - Financial support and professional training, interest-free loan funding, mortgage advice.In December 2019, I started a new and enriching challenge to develop and manage our external relations department:• Strategy Marketing and PR.• Delegations program - Soldiers delegations to the Diaspora.• "BFL Experience" - a personalized tourism program, etc.I learn new subjects very quickly and enjoy researching topics in which I have no prior knowledge.It has helped me reach outstanding achievements, and I continue to learn and evolve On my journey to achieve optimum results for me and my place of work.Today I run the external relations and personal development departments in the BFL organization.I bring with me extensive experience in leadership processes and project management.
