ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES Compare alternative applicable processes, Create process scheme, process calculation, process description and design basis for Water and Waste water treatment plants including but not limited to  Reverse Osmosis (RO) Ultra Filtration (UF), Nano Filtration (NF), Sewage Treatment Plants (STP), Industrial Treatment Plants (IWWTP) Ion Exchange, Deionizers (DI) & Softeners,  Water Treatment Processes, screening, rapid clarifiers, DAF, Filtration, adsorption, Sedimentation, oxidation, disinfection, etc… Evaluate process and/or requirement applications and recommend and implement improvements to processes. Create process flow diagrams (PFD), prepare piping & instrumentation diagram(P&ID) inputs, validate P&ID Prepare Estimated Load list, chemical consumptions list Verify Mechanical layout, create equipment list, Instrumentation list. Create and validate Process control philosophy or logic. Provide engineering/technical support to day-to-day plant implementation and construction. Lead the team of engineers, subcontractors and technicians in Design and estimation breakdown. Proposal strategy, management & writing, with limited supervision, creating timeline, responsibility assignment and driving continuous communication in order to create the proposal that customized and tailored to client or decision maker Tracking, reporting for proposal status and creating potential opportunities forecast

My responsibility to receive clients requirements for water treatment plants, put overall design, make calculations notes and draw up with a bill of quantities.to prepare Cost estimation for every single item in the unit from valves and fittings to control panel through membranes, resin, low & high-pressure pumps, pressure vessels and filtration media etc.to Prepare offers including technical specification of all equipment and commercial terms, delivery, validity and payment terms.o prepare Water treatment plant P&ID, PFD and 3D layout
