Good at inspiring team morale, successfully led and managed a dealer team to achieve sales growth for 6 consecutive years. 3. Participated in plasticizer production quality improvement program and technical training in the United States. 4. Familiar with benzoic acid value chain, polyol benzoates production and their downstream applications. 5. Have experience in selling bulk chemicals. 6. Proficient in exploring new product applications 7. Familiar with international trade processes and terms.
