1、战略规划：依据集团业务发展需要制定相应的信息化战略规划，以及相适应的IT管理制度和工作流程，确保集团IT建设符合公司发展和业务需要。2、开发项目管理：带领技术团队开发公司核心业务ERP系统和实施，评估选择技术路线（Java），制定绩效目标、技术资料管理和里程碑计划，开发全生命周期进行有效管理。3、外购项目管理：包括北森EHR、BPM/OA、CRM、文档管理客服CTI呼叫中心等公司核心系统的招投标和项目实施。4、基础架构：负责数据中心、办公弱电系统、服务器、虚拟机、监控门禁、防病毒系统、邮件、公司官网、灾备方案等建设和日常运维。5、日常运维：包括各应用系统运维以及桌面helpdesk工作流程的SLA制定和实施，建立相关知识库并评估潜在风险。6、信息安全：负责信息安全具体措施与方案的制定实施，包括灾备、IT行为审计、服务器监控、员工日常行为规范等，对信息安全制度的落实进行定期审计。7、部门管理：部门团队建设，梯队规划和日常培训，绩效考核，年度预算编制等。8、跨地区管理：全国8家分公司日常信息化管理制度和措施的落实与审计，并提供相关IT支持。

Shanghai

1、负责集团信息化建设的总体规划，与公司管理层和各下属公司沟通协调，确保信息系统为集团整体战略和业务提供有力支撑。2、 规划配置集团整体IT基础架构及日常运维，建设和维护各类内部应用系统。包括数据中心机房、服务器、灾备策略、网络、防火墙、视频电话会议系统和监控等，IT设备资产的采购及日常管理、供应商管理及桌面运维。3、内部系统运维支持，包括：集团及下属公司的ERP系统统筹规划实施、用友NC、集团OA、邮件系统、网站、eHR、CRM及帆软报表BI等； 4、 集团重大IT项目的实施及监控，协调项目资源。负责中联航运系统、船舶代理系统以及电商项目选型和实施推进。5、 负责集团信息技术管理制度的制定，并监督相关制度在各子公司的落实。对集团各子公司的信息化制度与管理工作进行审计监督。 编写IT相关各部门SOP操作流程。6、 负责制定集团年度IT预算，并监督、规范各项IT预算费用的使用与控制。 7、 负责集团IT管理团队建设，并对相关管理岗位和团队进行绩效考核。

1. Responsible for the selection ,bids and operation of company IT management system (including TA management of trust project, internal OA system, CRM system, trust financial and self-owned financial system, internal & external portals etc) 2. Corresponding work with Shanghai Banking Bureau, Shanghai Branches of Peoples Bank and related banking institutes; 3. Building and maintaining IT infrastructure for Shanghai headquarter and business institutions all over the country. 4. Setting up budget for IT department; in charge of the internal IT auditing work 5. Making IT system improvement plan & strategy according to the company’s business development. 6. Team building and performance management. 7. Implementation of the company’s SAP project.

Shanghai

1. responsible for the selection, implementation and operation of EPR projects (Kingdee K3 system) in each subsidiary of AP area 2. Cooperating with IT department of the American headquarter to build IT infrastructure in AP area (Shanghai, Hong Kong, Tokoyo, Changshu & Tianjin), including WAN, LAN, VPN, Backup strategy, disaster recovery, desktop management, Email(Lotus Notes), VMware, Novell, etc., in order to make it in accordance with Aleris international global IT management strategy; 3. Promoting the localization of Aleris International IT global management rules, building related local IT management process; 4.Allocating and managing outsourcing IT resources in China; in charge of IT device supplier management and commercial negotiations; 5. Estimating IT investment cost according to the company’s investment development schedule; promoting IT platform construction in new branches; 6. Coordinating and reporting to the US headquarter; responsible for AP financial director.

Shanghai

1. Responsible for daily work and team management of IT department, report to both headquarter in British Lincoln and regional operation director in China; 2. In charge of the implementation, operation and maintenance of four shift ERP project; 3. responsible for building and maintenance of IT basic infrastructure system, such as all application servers, VPN, LAN, WAN, Firewall, PBX, etc. 4. Managing, operating and maintaining Domino email system; 5. Relevant IT supplier management and purchase negotiations

Jiangsu & Shanghai

1. Responsible for building, operating and maintaining IT basic infrastructure in mainland China; 2. Participating in the second development, operation and maintenance of ERP system (Oracle); responsible for development, operation and maintenance of Lotus NOTES/ DOMINO and websites in mainland China; 3. Formulating and implementing OA ( based on NOTES platform) project in mainland China; 4. IT team and rules building.
