Follow up mechanical projects, independent or cooperate with US Engineering Team to the structure design in the new product development for Smoke Alarm and Carbon Monoxide Alarm include 3D modeling, generating 2D drawing, agency reports and relevant tests. Work with tool manufacturer to estimate the mold tool design and follow up the mold tool schedule, responsible for all the structure-related matters of new product development for Smoke Alarm and Carbon Monoxide Alarm in Fyrnetics.Work with PE/QA/ME departments to introduce new products into pilot run(ES/ EP/PP) and mass production in Fyrnetics .Coordinated handling of production and quality issues, responsible for solving structure and quality problems and other problems from production line and the complaints from costumer.
