--Project Experiences：• Hardinge – Complete over 150 special projects from RFQ to SOP by using project skills like integration management and resource leveling；• Hardinge – 5 NPD projects on hand, regarding the customers like BYD, Dongfang Getrag, Henan Xixia Bump and etc.；• Sensata（Changzhou） -- Complete over 10 NPD projects from RFQ to SOP, one of major customer is Bosch, the others is Emerson，Samsung，LG，Panasonic and etc；• Sensata（Changzhou） -- Built a new first line with capability of designing/developing/testing the core part of current product by the end of 2013yrs；• IRO(Wu Xi) -- Over 10 NPD projects from RFQ to SOP；• Sensata（Baoying）/TI – Complete over 4 process development during NPD projects；• Sensata（Baoying）/TI – Complete moving 2 whole production lines from Korea plant to China plant；• Sensata（Baoying）/TI – Complete over five component localization projects and one Global second source project；• Sensata（Baoying）/TI – Complete 3 six-sigma green belt projects regarding to process optimization, yield improvement and cost reduction；• Sensata（Baoying）/TI – promote some lean manufacturing projects like eliminating 8 wastes, VSM, Kanban and etc.-- Self-evaluation &Skills：• More than 18 years of work experience covering quality, process, manufacture and project management;• Rich project management experience concerning NPI, New technology transferring, new line moving, process optimizing, lean manufacturing, 6 sigma, cost down, parts localization and etc;• Be familiar with project management, OPPM, ISO/TS, 6 Sigma, DOE, lean manufacturing, Kanban, VA/VE, Eliminate 8 wastes, seven IE tools, 5S, TPM, resistance welding and etc;• Strong ability for team work, interpersonal skills, communication, field-management and problem resolving;• Be good at MS office, good at English oral and writing; • Basic financial knowledge, like cost breakdown、IRR、ROI、Cash flow、EBIT、P&L and etc;• Got PMP certification in 2015.
