Responsible for financial analysis at the company and consolidated levels in the APAC region. Oversees financial control and management of overseas subsidiaries and some European subsidiaries. Handles monthly, quarterly, and annual financial adjustments and operational analysis. Coordinates with external and internal control audits. Prepares global and regional external financial statements and management reports.

Provides a variety of financial outsourcing services in mainland China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and other Asian countries and regions. Services include the preparation of consolidated financial reports according to U.S. GAAP, International Accounting Standards, and Chinese Accounting Standards, drafting of consolidated corporate statements, compliance reporting, and writing investor relations information.

Provides consulting services on U.S. accounting standards, offering audit services for corporate listings and regular compliance reporting.
