Current• Plan and execute annual marketing plan for the brand and sales growth for China partners and commence platforms• Drive multi-channel campaigns to sales revenue, engagement and profitability target• Collaborate with both internal and external resources and distributor partners to ensure maximize sales and marketing opportunities.• Support brand manager to manage key distributor partners to deliver platform marketing program calendars and gaining resources.• Support brand manager to manage marketing agencies to plan and deliver marketing program calendars and execution.• Monitor, perform in-depth analyses and report on campaign performance & ROI• Keep abreast of China market trend, systematically scan marketing and competitive landscape for inspiration and put forward innovative ideas to impact customer engagement, revenue and efficiency continuously• New products and new ideas into the market, maintain growth momentum• Create purchase orders and bookkeep marketing expense to maximize budget efficiency to drive sales.
