In my role as training manager, I am responsible for several areas: labeling the training revenue line, Gantt charts, and knowledge management. Development of professional skills. Employee training - leading and transferring onboarding training and national training for all coordinators. Providing assistance to coordinators and the program headquarters - consultation, and transfer of knowledge. Identifying and accompanying Salesforce changes and implementations. Managing advertising and branding projects for the program. Productions of professional conferences.
