-In charge of Club Med’s PMH Listing with quotations during village’s pre-opening period and purchasing activities for the operational stage.There are 3 villages in China region (Yabuli, Guilin, Ding'ao Island) 78 villages worldwide -In charge of China sourcing for providing solutions to APAC office in Singapore and Headquarter in Paris-In charge of Marketing purchasing activities which include PR event, POSM, on-line and off-line media buying.-In charge of construction purchasing concerning Construction Monitoring & Technical Due Diligence services-In charge of Shop-in-Shops Rental negotiation and site construction of Sales department-In charge of travel & trip purchasing including hotel accommodation, flight tickets and visa applying

-In charge of food & non-food purchasing for all Accor hotels in Asia. The hotel number is more than 200 including Sofitel/ Novotel/Pullman/Grand Mercure /Mercure /Ibis. -In charge of Global Sourcing for Accor Global as per their request. -In charge of new hotel openingregarding the entire FF&E OS&E purchasing and recommend them the preferred supplier. -Establish the Rebate system in China and implement iton quarterly basis. -Check all the Purchasing order with each supplier and the payment situation.-All the projects went through the souring, negotiation, submission, confirmation and implementation as following:1.
