Work with multiple departments to manage the new products introduction. Leading sub-team (7 members) with multinational resources for productivity improvement on Morem (65nm CPU with cutting-edge technology) on cold socket testing during new product introduction. Conduct test program development and debug for CPU high volume testing; Validate/analyze device performance vs. specification and provide solution for production excursion; Develop scripts for high volume data analysis. As a team leader, be responsible for products transfer from Shanghai to Costa Rica site for 6 new products start-up within three months including one month business travel in Costa Rica. Leading the product engineer team to cooperate with different departments (Quality Engineering/Industry Engineering/Manufacture/Planning/Tester Engineering) to manage the conversion project (GM945 Chipset from FXIX platform) in order to maximize the product’s delivery.  Work with division people to optimize the new products (Whitmore Lake/ Calistoga) programs by improving test yield (yield achievement >95%) and test time reduction.
