A MEP project management professional with more than 10 years experience with both government authority and private MNC in Singapore. High competency in project planning, tender review, technical problem solving and timely project execution and completion.Core capabilities:- Lead all MEP disciplines for multi-million projects of Commercial buildings, Industrial plants, Data Centers.- Develop and lead project schedule, cost and resources planning- Liaise and coordinate with Clients/Owners, Consultants, various Authority agencies and sub-Contractors on project requirements, execution and timely completion- Lead and guide over 100 MEP staff on project collaboration and work schedules- Work closely with all departments (Architecture, Civil Structure and Interior Works) to ensure all trades are closely monitored to reduce conflict and rework- Chair progress meetings ensuring alignment with all internal and external stakeholders- Conduct project site inspections to validate work progress and vendor performance- Ensure all safety requirements are adhered in accordance to government safety regulations- Competent in identifying, managing and mitigating project risk issues- Participate in tender calls and interview with Clients/Owners for new tender bids- Evaluate tender submissions from sub-Contractors for various MEP trades, highlight contractual requirements and value engineering propositions and provide recommendation for management approval.- Provide GreenMark Facilities knowledge and implementation of Energy Saving Procedures and Equipment Procurement.
