RateSetter provides an online marketplace where investors are directly matched with creditworthy borrowers.RateSetter is one of the largest peer-to-peer lenders globally, and was the first to introduce a provision fund to help make peer-to-peer lending simpler and safer.RateSetter launched to the Australian public in 2014 as the only peer-to-peer lender in Australia licensed by ASIC to accept retail investors as lenders.

As the sole DBA for the telecommunications division assigned to a major city,·I designed, implemented and administered database projects composed of over 100 database nodes, covering clustered-databases, high-available replication systems and centralised audition systems;·Single-handedly resolved a wide range of optimisation issues and faults across multiple platforms and database versions; ·Single-handedly performed major version upgrades for Oracle 10g and 11g databases;·Collaborated with customers and numerous IT vendor to complete three major database projects on time and faultless.

I dedicated two years to a large-scale television production IT system, from project implementation to daily support after the system delivery. ·End-to-end deployed over hundreds of PC servers, workstations and a wide range of IT infrastructures, including NAS storage networks, multi-tier Ethernet networks, clustered database and Windows-based application infrastructures;·Independently, maintained a large-scale IT system, with over 150 PC servers and workstations, during a two-year period, and cooperatively, collected incidence, diagnosed and solved multiple problems between each phase of the project;·Bridging the gap between client expectations and programmers to optimise project requirements and functions of delivered applications.
