Responsibility: Work as IT deputy head of IT and report to COO, running IT department to support the whole bank. Be an architect of critical business systems, provide solution with consideration of economic and effectiveness. Coordinate internal and external parties to work together and make sure the project target is achieved. Lead the Rtb team to provide daily maintenance service to meet SLA, solve incidence and gather report for future improvement. Devise long-term IT strategy and budgeting which aligns with business strategy. Review and signoff all IT policy and procedure, manage and mitigate IT risk. Maintain relationship with internal departments (business, accounting, compliance, boss…) and external parties (regulator, audit, vendor…) to get effective collaboration.Achievements: Build up all business operating system from scratch, including core banking system, e-banking system, regulatory reporting system, trade financing system, CRM system, risk management system and trading systems (interbank, bond & FX). Build up IDC for the bank in three different sites. Setup all documentation and operation standard to make IT work smoothly.
