1. Set up and maintaining validation and verification of assembly and packing process, including the creating of working/testing instruction;2. technical support for service, manufacturing, troubleshooting and NC(non-confirming) handling during the product life cycle time;3. sustain and improve existing process, detect and prevent processing problems;4. Drive quality improvement for in house process to fulfill the customer satisfaction;5. NPI project interface, maintaining up-to-date information on planning documents (schedules, milestone plans) in order to ensure the transparency of project progress.6. Lead improvement project, to realize the new concept of assembly process.7. Conduct feasibility studies on methods and equipment regarding the assembly process, and coordinate with project team to ensure that all relevant know-how has been transferred to production department.

1. DFM review for new parts before its release, to avoid unnecessary machining cost, like special fixture or special tools.2. initiate concept for new tools and machining fixture;3. program and test for different new parts transferred from design department, based on Catia platform;4. conduct the prototype machining of new part;5. technical support for machining related troubleshooting and standarlization;6. Drive the cost saving of machining process, including but not limited in cutting tools, machining time and machining process;7. set up and maintain the machining related documents, like working instruction, transfer card;8. prepare 3D models for inspection, and troubleshooting for inspection process.
