1. Reporting to the Head of Contract Commerce and Fulfillment Management (CCFM) for a particular account.2. I lead and coordinate a team and primarily responsible for ensuring contracting and commercial works (including ordering and billing) be executed to meet business and operating objectives of an account.3. Review and provide negotiation support for pre-sales contract to ensure contract clauses are supportive of project delivery and implementation.4. Work closely with Project Management team and provide contract support in particular for those areas related to SOW/RM/Risk/payment terms/Acceptance/Waranty and other critical clauses impacting project implementation.5. Manage contract variation by identifying change requirement, organizing negotiation process, until such change order has been obtained, approved and completed.6. Provide advice to the Head of CCFM for a particular account about an efficient operation of the whole system or process and provide guidance to the relevant CCFM team for execution.7. Monitor project fulfillment status and managing contract risks including risk identification, risk alert, formulate risk avoidance or mitigation strategy and risk monitor and reporting until closure.8. Manage project ordering and billing, and provide negotiation support and proactively resolve any order and billing problems.9. Manage contract closure.

1) Administration for dept that include:• Maintain and update contract filing system for Legal cases, files, etc - Sharepoint• Assist in execution and stamping of contracts• Arrange for internal meetings with internal and external parties• Arrange for execution of documents (contracts, agreements, letters, etc)• Open new legal files, index and update filing list in the Master Index as and when required.• Arrange for payment of legal firm invoices (stamp on original copies before forwarding to Finance- A/c Payable)2) Review and vet all contracts & legal documents tasked by the Legal Counsel (LC):• - All advice to the Business (including emails, letters, opinions, etc) must be made w/ prior approval from LC• A status update on all core matters to be listed and forwarded to LC on a weekly basis3) Drafting and Preparation of template Sales and Marketing Contracts and other general contracts tasked by LC and business including procurement contracts.• For Sales contracts -Provide Contract Request Form and follow the SMA Contract Process.• For Procurement Contracts – Provide checklist and assist in due diligence check for Anti-Bribery where required4) Litigation:• Liaise with internal staff for instructions for debt recovery• Once instructions are given by LC, to prepare letter of instructions to external lawyers• All letters of instructions are to be signed by LC• Compile all required documents from internal staff and provide to external lawyers• Liaise with external lawyers on all related correspondences, emails and documents• Update litigation status on a monthly basis in Excel file records• Maintain and ensure all filing of documents, correspondences are carried out on a weekly basis/ad hoc where necessary• Assist in monitoring, follow ups on cases with external lawyers and internal staff• Vetting through legal documents such as draft affidavits, letters of demand, and related documents prepared by external lawyers.
