• Project Planning: Coordinate and lead Coastal GasLink Section West Close out/Reinstatement planning workshops. Ensure comprehensive Right-of-Way reinstatement plans are produced in a timely manner and are inclusive of feedback from internal and external stakeholders and extensive details for field construction usage. Develop and consolidate ancillary scopes including access retention and deactivation, ancillary site reinstatement, wetland reinstatement, and geotextile retention. Compile project planning and roadmap to completion schedule by identifying and listing all activities to be closed from all disciplines during project planning stage and project closeout stage.• Project Management: Review project documentations, RFIs, and other requests, provide feedback from project management team’s perspective, and coordinate with various teams to ensure accurate and appropriate information is produced and issued to relevant parties, and all issues and concerns are investigated and resolved without jeopardizing project schedules and deliverables. • Contract and Budget Management: Manage ancillary contracts and budget for reinstatement including WFA, geotechnical and engineering support, survey, and 3D reinstatement modelling. Coordinate with Supply Chain, Legal, Privacy and other relevant teams by providing project input, guidance, and support to ensure successful executions of contracts and change orders. Perform monthly cost reviews and ranging exercise, and ensure supports are readily and continuously available to the project.• Project Turnover: Coordinate with operations, turnover, and all relevant teams to validate, compile, and deliver all items identified within project turnover process to operations.

• Project Management: Manage Construction Management & Inspection (CM&I), Telecommunication service, 4D, CP & Bulk Material, and Wildfire Exemption scopes for Coastal GasLink Phase 1 project. Coordinate between Project team, Construction team, Supply Chain, Cost, and external resources to identify requirements, provide updates, ensure appropriate and timely supplies and services are provided, while merging customer needs with standards, requirements, and logistical considerations to meet project deliverables. • Contract and Budget Management: Negotiate and develop contracts and amendments with vendors. Manage project budgets worth $300M across all scopes. Heavily involved in budget planning and forecasting, cost analysis, and change management to ensure appropriate cost allocation, sufficient funding for project lifecycle, and constantly in search of cost avoidance and cost saving opportunities.• Vendor Management: Maintains constant communication with all vendors. Ensures contractual requirements and obligations are met by all parties to support the carry out of the project, as well as develop professional and long-lasting business relationships. • Team Collaboration: Lead CM&I resourcing & 4D team by providing guidance and support on raised issues and requests. Analyze the strength and capabilities of each team member based on previous experience and past project performances to achieve optimal workplace productivity.• Documentation Development: Develop and update process flow documents for various processes and procedures, detailing timelines and requirements, to ensure all parties understand and comply with responsibilities and expectations.• Materials Sourcing & Scheduling: Procure and deliver project required materials for distribution. Coordinate between suppliers and project teams regarding project standards and requirements on materials, as well as shipping receiving schedules. Ensures requested supplies are provided on-time, on-spec, and on-budget.
