Establish management model and system for the top boutique law firm• Combine the strength of management model from foreign law firms and enterprises and the law firm’s own characteristics to establish normative and complete management systems in different aspects, including Admin, Finance, HR.• Responsible for managing partner's time management, internal and external meeting arrangement, business trip, etc.• Responsible for financial audit and supervision, including making financial budget, financial risk control, and auditing accounting vouchers.Maintain relations with the government departments and clients, focus on BD• Communicate with leaders of the government and judicial departments, establish and maintain long-term relationship with them• Communicate with various industry associations (China International Contractors Association etc.), universities (Peking, Tsinghua, Tianjin University) to establish good cooperative relations with them.• Prepare bidding documents or BD documentsResponsible for building and promoting brand and shaping corporate culture• Communicate with the market leaders from Chambers & Partners, Thomson Reuters ALB, and The Legal 500 and work with these high-end organizations to do BD matters. • Responsible for organizing, planning and executing large-scale expert seminars and summit forums• Responsible for branding matters of the law firm, e.g. Logo, VI, the design and production of brand promotion materials• Create the law firm's website in Chinese and English• Create and maintain the law firm’s official WeChat accountCommunicate and coordinate between the law firm, Administrative Departments, clients and suppliers• Deal with daily coordination with administrative departments (justice bureau, etc.) and clients (large SOEs, overseas enterprises).• Communicate and do transaction matters between the law firm and banks, property management companies, auditing, Advertising, IT, travel, HR, Insurance agencies.

Independently in charge of the campaign of Fyffes & Lapanday JV (a British fruit brand) Project:• Client’s Requirements: excavation of brand connotation, brand naming, the design of LOGO, Label and Packaging• Work contents: Initial marketing research, competitor report (Local & Global), brand strategy, prepare the proposal of brand names and relevant designs, check the names through Chinese official trademark website, prepare the contracts both in English and ChineseJointly in charge of MengNiu Project including Deluxe Milk, Latte, ZhenGuoli, etc.: • Client’s Requirements: deep excavation of brand connotation, proposal of strategic management plan of the brand, TVC, Internet patch advertising, design of the product packaging and terminal materials• Work contents: Analyse consumer research (qualitative and quantitative), prepare the plan of Integrated Marketing Communication, competitive brand analysis, communicated with clients to clarify the communication needs, work with creative team to propose the design, connect with the offline companies for terminal material design, the post production of TVC, etc.
