01. Deliver People Roadmap for China change related initiatives such as conducting job evaluation and external hiring for critical positions, new leaders onboarding smoothly landing, restructuring the new organization for commercial functions, and supporting year-end comp review and people manager workshop, etc.02. Develop People Capabilities to Enable High Performance including internal training needs analysis, training plan design, enrollment, execution and evaluation.03. Support the Regular HR Process like performance management, career path revisit, succession plan and talent reivew.04. Establishing internal training system through different dimension as Leadership/Managerial Development, Generic Development and Functional Development. Building in the concept of training needs analysis (TNA) to dig out specific development needs and develop the training roadmap. Developing and leading Leadership Foundation Program (LFP) with high recognition by top management and participants. Leading the project of Annual Dinner Party through cross functional cooperation.Main Responsibilities are to:- Newly establish internal training system including exploring internal development needs, developing training policy, building up leadership program, new employee orientation and etc. - Co-lead various projects such as Annual Dinner Party, Culture Change Program, etc.- Support on Performance Management System (PMS) i.e. yearly objective setting, middle review and final review.

Independently managing training system including training needs analysis (TNA), yearly training plan, enrollment and training evaluation. Searching appropriate vendors to develop training programs as well as conduct internal communication and promotion. Co-leading and coordinating talent projects and supporting on project implementation. Main Responsibilities are to: Internal training- Lead yearly training key activities including training needs analysis (TNA), enrollment, implementation and follow-up.- Update and develop training polices & process, training plan and calendar. - Search external vendor and manage training effectiveness. - Coordinate training logistic arrangement including venue set-up, onsite support, follow-up, etc. - Lead and organize new employee orientation independently as a core facilitator and cooperate with external vendor for NEO update to enhance new employees’ integration and improve training effectiveness. - Review budget to control training expense- Work with HRBPs to support functional training needs and provide valuable suggestion proactively. Organization Development - Co-lead talent project such as talent development program and leadership forum. - Support Value & Behavior deployment plan in coordination with Corporate Affairs, IS.- Support talent review on global and local talent.

Responsible for monitoring process of trainer’s engagement, probation evaluation, transferring, resignation etc.Dealing with residence permit, work permit and working visa issues for foreign employees. In charge of payroll related service including monthly local social insurance, data collection, salary report, payment support etc.Main Responsibilities are to:- New hire trainer integration, probation, internal transfer and resignation process and labor contract registration- Deal with residence permit, work permit and visa issues for foreign employees- Deal with the residence permit issues for employees out of Shanghai- Check monthly local social insurance for about 750 employees and trainers- Be in charge of payroll for about 800 employees, intern and temps- Be responsible for monthly income tax declaration- Handle C&B data maintenance via EHR system and deal with C&B information related report

Assist in HR related work including employee and intern engagement procedures and campus recruiting.Main Responsibilities are to:- Handle new hire employee’s labor contract and keep filling- Deal with residence permit, work permit and visa issues for foreign employees- Assist in campus recruitment related work and employee recruitment- Update website information about employee recruitment- Other tasks assigned by HR manager
