Client: LandmarkRole: SAP CRM Func/Tech ConsultantResponsibilities:• Second level support for the SAP CRM applications in Landmark.• Support both SAP CRM 4.0 application for Livestock sales, including CRM sales order and billing process, as well as SAP CRM 7.0 application for loyalty management and campaign management.• Solve day to day incidents raised by business users, contact business user to explain the cause of the issues and propose resolve procedures.• Handle changes raised from business, analyze the implementation effort, and modify system configuration or enhancements.• Assist business owners to process annual commission upload regarding CRM pricing.• Explain and demo Landmark SAP CRM customized functions and reports to key users.• Monitor interfaces including Bdoc and Idoc process, analyze error report, solve and reprocess failed documents.• Responsible for the functional role in the project to move Livestock application from CRM 4.0 to CRM 7.0• Analyze and identify the gaps between Livestock business process and SAP CRM7.0 standard functionality• Investigate the conflict and propose solution for account management regarding both new Livestock process and existing Loyalty rewards application on CRM 7.0• Conduct functional and technical specification to fulfill the Landmark Livestock process requirement by using SAP CRM sales and billing process as well as interfacing to SAP PI system• Implement all the process related customizing in SAP CRM 7.0, covering master data, sales and billing • Design and Customizing the CRM 7.0 Web UI to replace the PCUI• Propose data migration plan for master data, including business partner, product, organizational model, and pricing condition records• In charge of unit test, write test script and log issue listClient: DPIRole: SAP CRM Tech ConsultantResponsibilities:• BSP development for DPI customized application to license process• Defect solving and testing
