I am a Class-1 Registered Architect（PRC） with almost a decade of experience in design and project management, currently pursuing a Master of Science in Construction Management at Texas A&M University. My professional journey spans architectural design and urban planning, where I led diverse projects ranging from residential and schools to data centers and broadcast towers . At Hunan Planning & Designing Institute of Posts & Telecommunications, I honed my skills in design leadership, managing all phases from concept to construction drawings.In my most recent role as an Architectural Project Manager（as developer） at Guangzhou Construction & Investment Management Co., I focused on development of real estate projects. I excelled in managing multi-disciplinary teams, ensuring that projects were completed on time, within budget, and up to industry standards.As I advance my studies in construction management, I am keen on transitioning into roles that leverage both my design expertise and project management experience—particularly in construction management or estimation.
