• Coordinate the P.O – prices supplies time and quantities.
• Forecast any bottle necks to prevent supply blocks.

• Liaison with the various shipping companies that work with Provigent, concerning import and export for the company.
• Inventory stock keeping and receiving goods.
• Updating stock of boards and components for all internal use including uploading new component part numbers into the system.
• Tracking lack of inventory and purchase orders.
• Working with external suppliers.
• RMA- Logging fault inventory from clients and send them to further examination.

• Personal assist to Europe sales CEO.
• Sales summary for each sales man.
• Making monthly and seasonally sales reports.
• Open purchase order for the clients by using SAP business one DB.
• Frequently update of the sale website, (Saleforce website).
• In addition administration works in the office, logistics, Flights, and working with external suppliers.
